As part of the CRM team, you will contribute to this mission in a real way - the customer and their experience is at the core of everything we do.

What you will achieve 🎯

Everything of what you will be doing will be key in our CRM team which has a lot of challenges!

  • Ensure the best experience for our customers by working by developing and executing the CRM strategy and campaign plan
  • Take projects from start to end, and analyse all of what you have been doing
  • Contribute with your ideas - content, tests, anything that will improve what we do and put a smile on users’ faces!
  • Monitor automated CRM campaigns and come up with ideas for improvements and tweaks
  • Update the site and app content in alignment with 360° marketing plan

Which skills you will develop 🚀

  • Become a wizard with our different tools, especially our campaign
  • Gain insights in the role of CRM in marketing and digital strategy, in both new and mature markets, FMCG
  • Running projects from A-Z in an eCommerce/retail company that is highly digital, exceptionally energetic, and cultivates a curious and friendly atmosphere.
  • Challenge with your fresh ideas our CRM team, and always try to make things better

Preferred Experience

What we are expecting from you 🤓

You are studying marketing or business, with a flair for digital
You are interested in, and have a good understanding for, the principles of CRM but also want to learn more!
Experience with CRM tools is a great advantage - being comfortable with online tools in general (Dropbox, Slack, Google suite, and similar) is indispensable 💻
CRM can be fiddly - a sense of organization & attention to detail is necessary
You will be working primarily in English (but French, Italian or Spanish would be a useful bonus : Yes we are an International team!)
