As part of the CRM team, you will contribute to this mission in a real way - the customer and their experience is at the core of everything we do.

What you will achieve 🎯

You will have to ensure the best experience for our customers by working with the team to develop and execute the CRM strategy and campaign plan.

  • Monitor automated CRM campaigns and come up with ideas for improvements and tweaks
  • Update the site and app content in alignment with 360Β° marketing plan
  • Take projects from idea to completion and reporting – and using all the tools along the way!

As an expert of the Spanish culture and market, you will work with the creative team to localize content and campaigns - and occasionally brief separate content for your country - this may also be social content, content for the website, etc..
You will contribute with your ideas - content, tests, anything that will improve what we do and put a smile on users’ faces!

Which skills you will develop πŸš€

You will become a wizard with our different tools, especially our campaigns!
You will gain insights in the role of CRM in marketing and digital strategy, in both new and mature markets, FMCG
You will run projects from A-Z in an eCommerce/retail company that is highly digital, exceptionally energetic, and cultivates a curious and friendly atmosphere.

Preferred Experience

What we are expecting from you πŸ€“

β€’ You are a student, studying marketing or business, with a flair for digital
You are interested in, and have a good understanding for, the principles of CRM but also want to learn more!
β€’ Being comfortable learning new programs, and having good knowledge of common tools (Dropbox, Slack, Google suite, and similar) is indispensable. We will provide training for the specific tools we use but the role is, on occasion, technical!
β€’ You know the Spanish culture, attitudes to photography and photo printing, by heart
β€’ Spanish is your first language, and you are also comfortable in either English or French (or both! πŸ˜‰)
