As a CRM intern, you will work closely with the CRM Managers to create strong strategies and entertaining content for our key markets. Help us make all the details fall into place!
WHAT WE ARE WAINTING FROM YOU :
- Support in developing and executing the CRM strategy and campaigns plan to ensure the best experience for our customers
- Create email campaigns for our key markets (from creative briefs to setting and scheduling)
- Contribute with your ideas - content, tests, anything that will help put a smile on users’ faces!
- Monitor CRM campaigns and come up with ideas for improvements and tweaks
- Support in the testing of campaigns, ensuring a smooth launch
- Update the site and app content in alignment with 360° marketing plan
- Manage other CRM-related one-off projects
You will have responsibilities to own from start to finish, while also getting involved in strategy and one-off projects. In return, you will gain plenty of insight in CRM on both new and mature markets and the experience of running projects from start to completion, with support and feedback along the way.
